Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Borrda order. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Eligibility
Items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, have been washed, or are missing tags will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order through page DMs. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide instructions on where to send the item.
Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — Borrda is not responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.
Refunds
Since all orders are paid cash on delivery, approved refunds will be returned to you in cash. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days and coordinate the cash return with you directly.
Non-Returnable Items

If you'd like a different size or item, follow the same return process and place a new order separately.
